No parties are authorized without Sublandlord written consent (i.e. birthday party exceptions may be permitted).
No guests beyond the limits provided in your lease agreement or lodging agreement are permitted without Sublandlord written consent.
No smoking, candle burning, incense, fireworks, or other fires or smoke are permitted indoors; however, electrical cooking appliances as they are designed to be used in a safe manner are permitted indoors for cooking purposes only.
No offensive language is permitted in the common areas (e.g. pool desk, outdoor seating area, parking lot, etc.).
No illegal behavior is allowed in or on the property.
All tenants and guests are expected to behave in a kind and courtesy manner.
Any tenant or guest disputes shall be resolved by the Sublandlord or their agent.
Laundry facilities are shared and should be used reasonably by paying tenants and residential guests and not third parties.
AirBnB guests in adjoining properties are also required to abide by all rules herein.
